Elisita Smailus (1958) has more than 30 years of experience in the field of dance and integrated body therapies. She has led innovative training programs in numerous practice and teaching contexts, collaborating with institutions in Switzerland and Germany. In her work, she uses and combines different aspects of human expression, including body awareness, movement, poetic dimension, verbal and nonverbal communication, and improvisation, with the goal of enhancing well-being and promoting personal growth. Diploma in Social Economy (1987), Social Dance Therapist (ZW-tk, 1990), Certified Movement Analyst (CMA; Berlin 1997), Diploma of Advanced Studies TanzKultur (2008) and Master of Advanced Studies TanzKultur (University Bern, 2011).
